Before an emergency happens, it is important to sit with family and/or close friends to decide how you will be in contact with each other, where you will go, and what you will do. Below is a Family Emergency Plan packet for you to leave in your car, at home, in your mobile device, and with your loved ones' caretakers such as school and adult day program staff.

We encourage you to submit a copy of the packet to the Bloomingdale Police Department, once completed.
